mary, our PAT rep, came over last night to evaluate the girls and, lo and behold, they are brilliant! you see, being biased doesn't make it any less true! noe is WAY ahead in her language skills and most other things. the few things she wasn't surpassing her age level in she was right on target. mali, only being 8 months, didn't have much to prove, but she, too, is really good for her age, already cruising and using a lot of sounds. she also stood without any support for a couple seconds for the first time while Mary was here! how exciting. it's nice to have your beliefs confirmed by an actual professional. you see, i AM supermom!!
unfortunately, the girls are not faring so well today healthwise. mali was up a lot last night and has been tired and cranky all day. she is all stuffy and i'm pretty sure she's cutting another tooth. noe has been stuffy for a few days and coughing. i think they have been passing the same cold back and forth for weeks now. i'm surprised i haven't caught it...yet. of course, i probably will. that would make our trip really great, wouldn't it?
well, i hear mali still fussing, so i'm going to see if i can get her back to sleep.

I credit Susan for the kids excellent communication skill because she keep talking and the kids just pick it up. She talk all the time.
